This policy explains what HS-PB LLC dba Accurate Molds collects when you use this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses, when you place an order.
• Your order details: the molds you configure and designs you save.
• An email and password (stored only as a secure hash) if you create an account.
• Payment cards: you enter card details directly into our payment processor's secure fields. We receive only a one-time token, the card brand and its last four digits — never the full card number or security code.

How we use it

• To make, ship and support your order, and to send order confirmations and updates about it.
• To answer your questions and keep records required for accounting and taxes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing email.

Who we share it with

• Our payment processor, to take your payment.
• The US Postal Service and our shipping-label provider, to deliver your order.
• Our website and email hosting providers, which store data on our behalf.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

We store your cart and sign-in session in your browser so the site works between visits. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your choices
