This policy applies to purchases from HS-PB LLC dba Accurate Molds ("we", "us"). Every mold is machined to your order.

Our guarantee

Molds are guaranteed to be free of physical defects and to produce the diameter(s) ordered, using the alloy stated on the order, within the .002" tolerance window as ordered. Molds are not guaranteed to produce any specific bullet weight.

Defective molds

• If you believe a mold is defective, contact us and return it to our returns address below. If you dispute the as-cast diameter, we will test the mold with the alloy stated on your order.
• Defective molds are replaced or refunded — your choice — and we refund your return shipping cost.
• Returns are accepted only from the original purchaser and within one month of delivery.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel for a full refund until we begin machining your mold. Once production has started the mold is made to your specification and the order can no longer be cancelled; the guarantee above still applies.

How refunds are paid

• Card payments are refunded to the card used for the purchase. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our approval; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post it.
• Check and money-order payments are refunded by check.
