These terms apply to orders placed on this website with HS-PB LLC dba Accurate Molds ("Accurate Molds", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We make custom bullet-casting molds. Each mold is machined to the design, material, cavities and options you choose when ordering. Please check your selections and diameters carefully before placing your order.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Your order total — including shipping — is shown before you pay.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and checks or money orders by mail.
• Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure fields; we never see or store your full card number.

When you are charged, and when your order arrives

• Card payments are charged in full when you place your order. Production of your mold begins after payment.
• Check or money order: production begins when your payment arrives and clears (allow 7–10 business days for a check).
• Every mold is machined to order. Production takes the current lead time shown on our home page from payment.
• We then ship by USPS Priority Mail: typically 1–3 business days within the United States, and 3–10 business days internationally (plus any customs delay). You'll receive a tracking number when it ships.

Shipping

• We ship to the delivery address you give at checkout, which may differ from your billing address.
• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility. We do not ship to some destinations.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier-confirmed address.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Casting bullets involves molten metal and firearms; you are responsible for using our products safely.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
